Kerrville Folk Festival (Spring 2026)

Thank you for joining us at Kerrstaff.org, the hub of Kerrville Music Festivals Volunteering, where we coordinate and document all of your volunteering efforts. We are so excited to work with you! If you have any staffing questions then please email us at staffcoordinators@gmail.com.
Important Dates
Work Weekends
- January 31 - February 1
- February 28 - March 1
- April 4-5
- May 2-3
For each day worked ahead of the festival you will earn $5 off of your stake for Land Rush. A stake claims a 10x10' space to camp from land rush to the beginning of the festival. They are $25 and if you are claiming a space larger than 10x10' then you will need more than one stake.
Crew Leader Meeting
We will be having our crew leader meeting on May 9th at Radio Rosewood (1115 East 11th St, Austin, TX) at 2pm.
RSVP
April 1st - May 1st
This helps us plan, coordinate, and staff the crews so please make sure you get your entry in as soon as possible. If you do not RSVP, we can not promise you a spot. If your usual crew fills up before you send in your information, we can not guarantee you a spot on the crew of your choice. The RSVP is also how we order shirts so no RSVP, no shirt. If your plans change then please make those changes to your RSVP. Not sure about your plans? Reach out to us!
Land Rush/Settlement Day
May 15 — Lineups begin in Lot A at noon. Please do not arrive prior to that as you will be turned away.
May 16 — Campgrounds open to all folks that have earned/purchased stakes at noon.
